Great location, comfortable and roomy property
Neither of the showers in the top 2 bedrooms worked properly. The waterfall bit worked ok, but not the handheld bit. This needs addressing and was a shame as none of us particularly like waterfall showers.
Our car is small and fitted the garage, but to park there meant moving stuff around that was in the garage; a hoover, an old chair and some shelving. As it's not our stuff we didn't feel comfortable moving it. It seems that on paper there may be parking, but in reality the owner would like to discourage use of the garage. It might be more accurate to list it as not coming with parking. All this was disappointing as we chose the property because it was listed as having private parking because some of our party had disabilities and having private parking is so helpful.

Superb location - right in the centre. Bit of noise at night as to be expected. 3 bathrooms were great. All basics and more in kitchen but with a minute walk to M&S just so convenient. Plainly but nicely decorated.
It did smell stale when we arrived but it was clean. The gutters were possibly the problem. The agent offered to have someone come in but we were reluctant. They therefore came round, checked everything and left diffusers and room spray. Very helpful. Very efficient.

The location was excellent, walking distance to everything. It was also really quiet in the property which was nice. Two really nice sofas and two armchairs made the living room a really good space to relax in.
The parking was a bit unclear. We had a small car which would fit in the garage but we couldn't get it in because of another car parked in the courtyard. There were a few niggles, a dripping tap in the kitchen, the dining room chairs needed the screws tightening, a wobbly towel rail and part of one of the showers didn't work.

Well located although not clear about parking. The listing said there was parking but we hadn’t realised it was a garage that was full of items at the back so you couldn’t really park there or if you had a 4 x 4 which we did. We also had 2 cars. Very clear and well equipped.
The thermostat was controlled externally and was set really low - my elderly parents were very cold. I upped the thermostat and it kept on getting turned down until I phoned the owners and they eventually put the termostat up. Some of the showers/ bath not working.
