Lovely house with off-road parking set in large secure garden. The rooms are comfortable with great bath and shower facilities. Large well-equipped kitchen and cosy snug with stove. Didn't meet the hosts but their little dog is very friendly and enjoyed playing with our dog in the garden. Check-in and check-out arrangements were well
Nothing. The only thing that was a bit shaky was the wifi connection, but that's a common experience in other places we've stayed around there.

Wow - the online photos do not do justice to this excellent property ! We stayed here for 5 nights and found it very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. It's in a quiet location with beautiful views yet only 150 yards from Goathland centre. Superb walks from the door, both long and short. Ken always very happy to help if information etc is needed. We definitely recommend and will return.
