Haffannedd … Truly a haven ! Just the right amount of everything for a home from home . We felt safe immediately here thank you Barry. My foster daughter isn’t used to living so rural but immediately felt confident and allowed to run around the grounds safely . Along with her small dog who totally enjoyed his first holiday !! We kept him on a lead but all very dog friendly here with dog towels & throws. Had so much fun just playing in the stream as it was low during our stay. The donkeys over the bridge are also very entertaining!! We loved watching their antics and noises !! just don’t actually go in the field as it isn’t part of your area. No worries on packing for self catering , owners Barry & Nicki have provided everything needed for your stay . The welcome pack did the 2 of us well and a lovely surprise of beautiful fresh cut roses ! There is a lovely communal area to borrow DVDs books. Clothes washing /drying area here also. Obviously if not eating out , you will need to take or buy a bigger food shop , as around 10 mins drive the local shop we used. Although maybe there is a closer one ! The big supermarkets within 30 mins approx. I imagine you could get home delivery though also. All road links are excellent and very easy to pick up . We do hope to return here as Barry & Nicki couldn’t have been more welcoming to us . Between them they are very attentive but certainly not intrusive and the place is a total credit to their hard work. If you respect everything this place has to offer you will have such a magical stay like us. 🌙✨🧚 Susan, Lilly & Buddy 🐶

Everything, it's absolutely beautiful! The setting is gorgeous, the cottage super clean and well equipped and the owners are lovely. We really couldn't fault it... perfect!

A beautiful location next to a river in the countryside. Easy access to lots of attractions.

Amazing location next to a lovely stream. A perfectly sized holiday cottage which was clean, welcoming and like a home from home. Barry and Nikki were wonderful hosts and the welcome gifts of bread, jam, butter, milk and Welsh cakes was a lovely touch. Will be coming back again soon!
