Broken couch..no reply after check in to advise of damaged furniture.
Black blinds doesn't mean blackout blinds!
Carpet needed a vacuum.
No complimentary washing machine tablets/liquid would have been a helpful addition.

Lovely view, nice big windows
We arrived at 4.30pm couldn't get in until 7pm
Kept calling the company one man tried his best but another man on the phone was rude and told us it could take up to 24 hours for call back
Absolute joke was so upset. Then finally manager turned up and said we could have a 2 hour late checkout..
Would never go back again. Unprofessional, wardrobe broken, recliners broken bed uncomfortable..
