A perfect Villa rental for those looking for beach front with a great pool and large 3 bed accommodation. The grounds were very well kept and you walked out onto a deserted (and clean!) beach to the sound on crashing waves. A couple of Friendly dogs kept us company for our stay and we loved the pool under the palm trees. Would definitely recommend.
You are a short tuk tuk ride away from provisions if you need drinks/beers etc.

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft und unschlagbar. Dushantha, der Koch und Amash, der Haushälter sind wahre Perlen. Ihre respektvolle und freundliche Art machen den Aufenthalt perfekt. Sie sind super sympathisch und bemühen sich von Herzen. Kein einziges Restaurant ist mit Ihrer Küche vergleichbar. Was wir anfangs nicht wussten und uns etwas überraschte, war dass die beiden ebenfalls vor Ort wohnten. Wir waren der Meinung es ist eine private Villa. Aber sie sind sehr diskret und rücksichtsvoll, sodass wir uns nie gestört fühlten. Der Strand vor dem Haus ist paradiesisch und bietet die besten Sonnenuntergänge. Das einzige was notwendig wäre ist eine kleine Renovierung der Villa. Der Zahn der Zeit nagt schon etwas und der Aufenthalt ist ja auch nicht ganz billig. Unseren Urlaub hat es dennoch nicht geschmälert aber es würde nicht schaden.

Wunderbares Strandhaus in Toplage mit hervorragenden Betten, schönen Bädern und nettem Ambiente. Kulinarisch wurden wir sowohl zum Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen von den engagierten Mitarbeiten verwöhnt. Man muss sich eigentlich um nichts kümmern wie zum Beispiel die Einkäufe - alles wird rasch und bestens erledigt.
Die eine oder andere kleinere Instandhaltung würde anstehen, ist aber dzt. noch kein Problem.

We spent amazing time in Ranna Beach House that will stay in our memories forever. The biggest treasure of this place is the host - Dushantha, whose hospitality is just something else. He is also an extraordinary chef - the best food we had in Sri Lanka was here, cooked by Dushantha. This place is the gem of Tangalle coast, 100% recommended!
The house isnt brand new and has some minor imperfections, but they do not affect your stay at all.
