Die Servicemitarbeiterin Margerita ist sehr zuvorkommend, zuverlässig und freundlich, wir durften nach Absprache länger als angegeben bleiben, vielen Dank dafür.
Die Lage ist wunderbar zentral und dennoch nicht laut aufgrund dessen, dass das Apt auf der 5. Etage liegt. Die Sauberkeit war auch sehr gut und alles ist selbsterklärend und leicht zu finden. In jedem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Klimaanlage. Alle Fenster verfügen über Rolläden.
Die Parksituation ist, wie in Torrevieja üblich, schwierig, dafür liegt das Apt absolut zentral. Es gibt aber Tiefgaragen zu moderaten Preisen in der Nähe.
Ein besserer Sonnenschutz auf dem Balkon wäre wünschenswert (östliche Ausrichtung also nachmittags ist es schattig).

La ubicación, aunque por la noche vomitaron en el portal al estar tan cerca del paseo
El calentador expulsa agua. El aire acondicionado también. El portal tiene cucarachas. La terraza es bonita pero tiene al lado las dos unidades exteriores del aire acondicionado lo que hace que casi no se pueda usar.
