A characterful cottage in a lovely location with a small safe garden for our pet. The set up was small but ideal for a couple and small dog with comfortable beds. Weather was gorgeous and the locality with Ludlow, Tenbury Wells and Leominster all within easy reach. neighbours were very friendly and welcoming
Nothing really - if the weather had been colder it might have been a cooler building but it was lovely in the warm weather

We needed a place near Leominster, it was reasonably priced, and had everything we needed for our stay. and lots more beside. The kitchen was good and well equipped nice bedroom.
We arrived on a cold wet January afternoon, the house was cold, there was a bag of logs for the fire, but no kindling, we are an old couple in our 80s, we had to wrap ourselves in blankets until the central heating eventually warmed the house whichit took a few days
. Also the fridge hadn't been properly cleaned, it was left on defrost and the water from the freezer compartment smelling of rotted vegetables gave a nasty odour when the door was opened, it had to be removed and cleaned before we coul put our food away.
We were unable to unlock the back door, so couldn't go outside
Sadly the rug in front of the fire needed cleaning

Nice location
Little extra touches like a hairdryer or a welcome pack with milk and coffee would have been nice. For £150 a night would have expected a tea tray at least. You get a tea tray with tea coffee and milk at travel lodge so would expect it for the price we paid. Disappointing.
