Experiência nota 1000!!! Fui com o meu namorado celebrar o aniversário dele e não poderíamos ter feito escolha melhor! O Chalé 4 é perfeito, além de aconchegante e lindo também proporciona uma vista indescritível! Acabamos pegando alguns dias de chuva mas nem ela foi capaz de atrapalhar nossa viagem. Curtimos demais o chalé, principalmente a banheira externa que fica na área coberta. Não posso deixar de citar o suporte maravilhoso do Guilherme que sempre estava à disposição e fez de tudo e mais um pouco para que tivéssemos a melhor estadia possível. Muito obrigada a toda equipe, trabalho fantástico o de vocês. Já estamos doidos planejando quando voltaremos!

Loved everything in this property!
Check-in was easy, the room was beautifully decorated, and we felt really lucky to find this space. The room views are gorgeous, and you can immediately disconnect from "life" and connect with nature.
We brought our pet with us, and they had the best time hanging out with us outside.
A delicious and yummy breakfast was magically delivered at our door every morning!
I wish the kitchen had paper towels or those easy-to-wash cloths. It would have come in handy.
The access from the parking space to the house is easier if you're bringing backpacks instead of bags. We didn't have any issues, but more as a tip for the next guests.

The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. Every morning, a generous basket was delivered to our cabin with fresh bread, cold cuts, juice, coffee, and other items. The quantity and quality were excellent for two people, and everything was always fresh and well prepared.
Although the property is located a little away from the main town area, it offers a large and pleasant common space with several attractions that help guests enjoy the natural surroundings. There are walking trails, hammocks for relaxation, and a small stream that adds to the peaceful atmosphere.
Another positive aspect was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, courteous, and very helpful throughout our stay, always willing to assist whenever needed.
The main downside of our stay was the condition of the cabin itself, which appears to need more attention and maintenance. While the overall concept of the accommodation is very appealing, several maintenance issues affected our experience.
Both the kitchen and bathroom wooden sink areas showed significant wear, including visible damage and water leaks. There were also burned-out light bulbs, and the bathroom light switch appeared loose and pushed into the wall. In addition, the bedroom floor had multiple cracks, and the glass panel facing the bathtub was also cracked.
None of these issues prevented us from using the cabin, but they created an impression that the property has not been maintained to the same standard as the rest of the guest experience. Addressing these items would greatly improve the overall quality of the stay.
