Struttura uguale alle foto, in una piazza con attività commerciali. Il parcheggio si riesce a trovare abbastanza facilmente e si raggiunge in 15 min sia faliraki e sia rodi. Tutto nuovo praticamente. Il terrazzo è ad uso esclusivo e se vi chiedete quelle scale nella foto dove portano, la risposta è da nessuna parte. Nel complesso ci tornerei piacevolmente, è stato un buon soggiorno!! Consiglio
Scomodo solo che non c’è l’armadio in una delle due stanze.

Das Appartement ist genau wie auf den Fotos, modern, neu chic. Betten sind sehr bequem...Wer das Dorfleben mit erleben möchte ist hier genau richtig, trotzdem ist es nachts ruhig...Hier bekommt man ALLES was man so braucht...Tavernen, welche eine im Haus ist,da der Besitzer Michaelis betreibt, der sehr lieb und hilfsbereit ist, schöne Gassen, Parkplatz, Bäckerei ect
Nix, und wenn, dann wäre es jammern auf hohen Niveau

Mihalis is truly exceptional - without a doubt the most wonderful and kind host I've ever encountered during all my travels. His genuine warmth and hospitality made our stay absolutely unforgettable.
The location is simply perfect! Having Mihalis's authentic Greek restaurant right next to the property is a fantastic bonus - the food is absolutely delicious and you can enjoy traditional Greek cuisine whenever you want. The convenience and quality are unmatched!
Koskinou itself is a hidden gem - this charming old town is absolutely lovely and full of character. You'll fall in love with its authentic atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. It's the perfect place to experience the real Rhodes.
If you're looking for an authentic, memorable stay with incredible hospitality, look no further. This is exactly what a perfect vacation rental should be. I would definitely stay here again and strongly urge anyone visiting the area to book this property immediately!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen da sie sehr modern und ausreichend eingerichtet ist.
Da wir nach dem Frühstück zum Wandern sind und unterwegs zum Essen gingen, hatten wir am Abend nie gross gekocht.
Wenn aber jemand sein Essen doch selber zubereiten möchte sollte mehr Geschirr da sein.
Das aber auch bestimmt kein Problem sein sollte das beim dem netten Herrn zu melden der uns sehr freundlich empfangen hatte.
Sehr schöne Terrasse auf der man sich bis lang in die Nacht verweilen konnte.
