Great place with a nice big front garden. Close to tye beach at La Mata and close to some restaurants. Pitoresque small house with all the amenities needed. Even sun lounges and chairs plus umbrella for beach are present.

De rust, het tuintje, de netheid en de ontvangst, de airco op de slaapkamer en op de tweede slaapkamer een ventilator dus goed te doen.
Er was géén privé parkeerplaats en daar wordt wel mee geadverteerd, ik vind dat niet netjes en dit zou eruit gehaald moeten worden. Je moet niet adverteren met iets wat je niet hebt. Parkeren is aan de straatkant (eenrichtingsverkeer) en is vrijwel altijd vol, laat staan in de zomer...dus als je zaken moet in of uitladen is dat best wel vervelend, zeker als je ervanuit gaat dat er een privé plek is, die er dus niet is.
Je zit op een plek dichtbij de zee maar alles is heel erg stijl berg op of berg af, je bent dus afhankelijk van een auto of een paar sterke benen. Dus ja, alles is loopafstand maar wel stijl berg op en af. Dit moet je willen en kunnen.
Verder vond ik het niet netjes dat ik eerst ons huisdier zonder verdere kosten mocht meenemen en naderhand ineens gezegd werd €25 betalen.....

Todo el conjunto muy bien situado al rededor todo cercano y tranquilidad ...
Todo limpio la playa cercana hay todo toalla ropa de cama y me encanto la tranquilidad que hay silencio para descansar y mercadona a la vuelta osea que todo súper bien
Lo único malo es que fui con familia y uno de los aires acondicionados está en el salón otro en la habitación principal pero el la 2da habitación no hay aire y es muy calurosa ojalá en un futuro por lo menos un ventilador pongan allí.
