Good value for money, very nice apartment in great location

- Location is excellent - 3 min walk from a beautiful long beach, 5 min from a great Marina with plenty of restaurants and 5 min walk from Intermarche supermarket. Also right in the middle for all riviera trips. - Apartment is small but nicely decorated, kitchen fully equipped, terrace good for eating (although plenty of mosquitoes in summer) - Parking is a bonus

- Zero privacy with shower and bathroom. The two rooms are connected with common shower and bathroom between them, separated with a thin shower curtain. With teenagers like ours, there was a problem with privacy. Strongly recommend the property to fix that and it will highly improve the apartment. - Pool was an absolute disappointment. I booked it for the pool, but didn’t use it once. Small and shallow (1.20m), around it there are no chairs or sunbeds or umbrellas. Basically it’s a shallow pool and that’s it. Kids were disappointed too and didn’t use it. Although it’s clean. - Dishwasher didn’t work and we were not notified about it Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay.

Sehr nahe am Meer, alles notwendige war fast da, der Vermieter war gut erreichbar und hat sich auch schnell gemeldet. Die Klimaanlagen haben gut funktioniert. Der Strand, Hafen, Essensmeile ist sehr nah und fussläufig schnell zu erreichen.

Leider hat der Abfluss trotz Abflussreiniger stark unangenehm gerochen. Es war kein Geschirrhandtuch da und nur eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier. Mein Tiguan mit Dachbox hat eine Dachbox und ist dadurch für den gestellten Tiefgaragenstellplatz ungeeignet. Daher mussten wir etwas weiter parken was das Ein und Ausladen schwieriger gemacht hat. Die ist aber kein negativer Punkt.
