Super position near the marina and a short walk to Abu Tig shops and restaurants.
Very quiet …at least during our stay
It needs some redecoration and updating.
Shower room is somewhat cramped .

I loved the location...very close to Zuni's and Smokery beaches. 5 minutes by car from old Marina( Abu Tig) and Moods beach, and all the Marina restaurants and bars.
The view from the balcony was breathtaking and being a residential area, it was just perfect to get a goodnight sleep.
There's a supermarket right beside it, which was very convenient.
The appartment itself is spacious for a one bedroom. It is nicely decorated with light furniture colours, that was very relaxing.
The balcony is big and has some dim lights, where you can enjoy a nice evening just watching the view.

Location is amazing; walking distance from a supermarket, Merbey restaurant, Zouni and Smokery beaches. View is amazing from the first floor. Serene and beautiful.
Host is very decent and helpful.
The AC is central. Amazing bathroom view overlooking a huge tree. Spacious reception and balcony.
The bed mattress, woodwork (door frames) and some furniture are worn out or dirty and needs renovation or replacement.
Some ceiling areas in the reception and kitchen areas are stained and spoils the overall mood. Stairs of the building were dirty during my whole 5 days stay.
