Given that we were there in the middle of winter, I was worried it would be cold. However, the heating was very effective in keeping us cosy and was even turned on for us before our arrival. The house is lovely and it was nice to have a partial ocean view from the lounge area.

Nice view
Very very basic, not great value for money. No blinds on any of the bedrooms, no wifi, no wardrobes in any of the bedrooms, dishes were dirty, tiles in the shower are SO slippery they are dangerous
