Умови проживання просто чудові. Дві кімнати ,дві ванни, також передпокій та кухня в якій є все для комфортного проживання, навіть пральна машина що тут рідкість на віллах. Також є велика тераса з якої відкривається чудовий вид на океан до якого 2 хв ходьби. Поряд є ферма черепах, також в 5 хвилинах ходьби є храм і велика статуя Будди . Хочеться відмітити смачні сніданки . Господарі вілли дуже приємні і уважні люди . Однозначно це найкраще місце в якому нам довелося жити на Шрі Ланці. Якщо прагнете комфортного перебування на Шрі Ланці то однозначно це Sea View Villa.

Все было хорошо, кондиционеры и ванные в каждой комнате, приятная общая зона. Горячая вода в душе. Очень чисто, ремонт свежий. Великолепные хозяева, к каждой моей просьбе относились с огромным желанием помочь.
Пляж через дорогу, плавать я ездила на тот, что дальше, но выйти проводить закат было просто идеально. Есть завтраки- английский и местный. Приносили к определенному времени, вкусно! Отличный кофе
Есть шум от дороги, так что завтракать на уличной террасе-балконе не хотелось. Скорость на выгрузку вайфая была очень низкой, около 3 мб/с. Но это проблема страны и очень дорогого интернета, а не апартаментов.

Newly renovated villa with a charming old-style appearance, facing Galle Road.
A safe parking slot available for two vehicles.
It is within walking distance to Seenigama Dewalaya, making it a very convenient location for visiting the temple.
All the equipment, wall fittings, and room arrangements are very neat and well maintained.
There is a small kitchenette where you can prepare a cup of tea or even a fresh fruit juice.
I would especially like to emphasize that the water pressure in the bathroom is excellent, which is rare in many Sri Lankan hotels.
There is a nearby restaurant within approximately 1 km along the main road towards Colombo, but the quality is below the average. It can be an option if there are no alternatives.
The value for money is about three-quarters, as the charges are slightly higher than similar-grade hotels in Sri Lanka, possibly due to the property being located in a tourist area.

The building is beautiful and enclosed with a gate. We enjoyed the apartment being so close to the beach as well as having a great connection to the city. We were able to visit a couple of attractions via foot.
Having the whole 1st floor for us was great. The rooms were very comfortable - especially the beds - with bathrooms in each one of them. The family running this business is very kind and attentive.
We liked almost everything. The apartment would benefit from new couches, since they were run down a bit. Some times in the morning the sound of traffic could be disturbing.
