Location is fantastic as it's right next to a lively street with loads of restaurants (1-min walk), but the apartment is located on a narrow side street with no car access so it's super quiet at night. Less than 10-minute walk to Elli beach and 15-minute walk to Rhodes Old Town.
Apartment itself is nice and modern, and the balcony was also a nice touch. Both a/c and wi-fi worked great. They've crammed a lot in (like a washing machine in the bedroom), which is good but it can be a bit tight to manoeuvre round in places. Check-in process was very easy as they send you a code for the main door + a code for the lockbox (we arrived at 2am).
My girlfriend got food poisoning and I messaged the host at midnight, and they replied instantly with a number for a private doctor, which we were very grateful for.
One week before our stay they demanded a €200 off-platform deposit payment to release the door codes despite no mention of this anywhere. After a bit of back and forth they finally backed down and said it was a "mistake" when I kept asking them to point to exactly where this deposit was listed. It's clearly not in the reservation itself (you can check the confirmation email for this). And then their backup line is that it's listed in their "Damage Policy". As of September 2026, their supposed Damage Policy just takes you to the generic T&Cs page of booking.com.
This really needs to be resolved and it's ridiculous as they wait until the free cancellation period is over before messaging about this. The payment link was also a random off-platform link that I had 0 trust in.
No major negatives about the apartment itself. However, the early checkout (10am) and no luggage storage is very inconvenient. They sent us a couple of paid options like a 10-minute walk away but it's just not that practical walking through these small, busy streets with luggage (+ it's roasting hot outside).

Wygodny apartament, świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, doskonała lokalizacja. Spędziliśmy 2 tygodnie w 3 apartamentach 2-osobowych: Hestia, Ares i Hermes. Najlepszy apartament na parterze z pięknym ogródkiem. Pozostałe apartamenty na piętrze z balkonami.
Sklepy i restauracje oddalone 20 m.
Mały minusik za brak zmiotka lub miotły. Przy dłuższym pobycie bardzo się przydaje.

Πολύ όμορφη διαμονή! Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή, σε βολικό σημείο και με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, προσεγμένος και άνετος, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Όλα ήταν οργανωμένα και περιποιημένα. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Sijainti oli todella hyvä, keskustassa ja sivukadulla mikä oli rauhallinen.
Kylpyhuoneessa haisi home ja ystäväni nukkui sohvalla niin nurkasta tuli myös homeen hajua. Kylpyhuoneessa myös vesikaadot ei olleet hyvät, vaan vesi valui aina vessan ovelle, jos ei olisi ollut pyyhettä, niin olisi varmasti ollut huoneen puolella. Olimme ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, niin rappuset olivat vaaralliset, varsinkin jos on huono jalkaisempi, siinä ei ollut mitään kaidetta. Bookingin kuvat eivät vastanneet todellisuutta huoneesta.
