Great apartment away from central Athens

The view, large living area, close to the tram, excellent front and back balcony. Local to restaurants and supermarkets.

The pool was closed, We were only informed a couple of days before arrival. Despite the disappointment was managed well by management overall though.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Staff very rude and hard to get in contact with.

Unfortunately, we were extremely dissatisfied with our stay and would not recommend this property, or any of the properties operated by this company, to anyone. There were numerous issues throughout our stay. Firstly, there was blood on the bathroom wall and on the bathroom floor, which was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable from a cleanliness perspective. The bathroom with the shower was also a serious safety concern. Every time we used the shower, the bathroom flooded, leaving the floor soaking wet. This created a clear slip and fall hazard and meant we had to deal with flooding every time we showered. There were also issues with the kitchen appliances. The cooker/hob and extractor fan did not work properly, and when switched on there was a very strong burning smell, which was concerning and made us afraid to use them. Both fans in the property also made a loud crackling sound when switched on, as though they were going to break, which again made us uncomfortable using them. Unfortunately, the customer service made the experience even worse. We found Danijela to be extremely unfriendly and rude when dealing with our concerns. We were repeatedly assured that we would receive a 20% refund due to the issues with the property/facilities. We were given different assurances regarding when and how this would be processed, including being told it would be in our account, and later being told that if Booking.com could not process it, Danijela would process it privately herself. The pool was another major disappointment. We were informed before our arrival that the pool would be unavailable due to what we were told was maintenance. As this was a significant advertised facility, we contacted the property regarding the issue. We were given the option to cancel or continue with our booking, and when we decided to keep our reservation, we were specifically promised a 20% refund as compensation for the unavailable pool from Danijela/Natalie.

Perfect location n views… bus n tram stops 2 mins away so easy to get everywhere. Very spacious apartment. Cleanedregularly.

Constant leak in one of the bathroom ceilings. Several attempts made to fix no joy so 4 people using one bathroom not ideal especially for the price. Twice unable to use the pool as builders closed it due to ‘issues’
