It's very clean, comfortable, and quiet! There's also a supermarket one block away, so it was easy to go get groceries. And it's a nine-minute walk to the nearest Metro station. It was great that we could drop our bags off early when we arrived earlier than expected.
We didn't use the washing machine or bath since we were a little concerned about using up too much electricity. The house manual was very explicit about sorting garbage correctly, which we weren't used to, but it wasn't that hard and we figured it out in the end.

Excelente localização para o preço. Apartamento bastante silencioso e acolhedor. Recomendo para casais, familia ou amigos proximos, visto que só existe uma cama de casal e um sofa-cama.
Limpeza por baixo do sofa fica a desejar. Mas tirando isso, nada a contra.
