It’s very nice clean and tidy
But I faced to problem
The first they I tried to check in nearly 10 o’clock at night and sadly I have to wait arround 30 minutes until they arrange a room in a different place it’s ok but the problem I was very worried
Second they told me that I have a private bathroom but not in suite I wish if they will explain this in the future but they are so understanding because I was there with my wife and they gave me a very nice clean in suite room

A beautiful, lovely place with a fantastic view and a massive terrace. The team is very friendly and the property is very clean. The price was great deal for me compared with others. The location is quiet and easy to go anywhere you want.

المكان عجبني جدا في كل حاجة افضل مما توقعت بالسعر ده
اقل سعر حصلته وتوقعت يكون مكان مش كويس بس الحقيقة كان افضل من الصور
مكان مظيف جدا والشغاله بتيجي تنظف يوميا، في انترنت جيد والموقع كان اكثر من رائع قريب من المطار و ثلاث دقائق مشي للمترو ومكان هادئ والافضل من ده تعامل الستاف كان جميل

Facilities are nice, doors for the rooms do lock, and while I was there there was only one other room booked with a guest, so my experience was fine.
The apartment is very nice, the view is lovely and location good, and Mahmoud always responded to my messages very quickly. He even let me check-in two hours early and stay a bit after the check-out deadline.
*Important clarification*: "rooms" literally means you get a room in an apartment. There are three different rooms being rented out in the same apartment, so if they were fully booked you could have up to six people sharing the same bathroom, kitchen, and living room. I don't think that would be worth the price at all (you can get a room in a shared apt anywhere in Cairo for less on AirBnb).
