The apartment was perfect, the beds were very comfortable . The pillows and the blanket felt like clouds , amazing! Bathroom big size , very spacious . Full size mirror in the bedroom a huge plus!
When I booked it , there was no personal communication from the hotel, I kept asking specific questions, there were just automated messages and even when I arrived to Nice at 8am and called the hotel there was an automessege, I had to wait a long time and they kept disconnecting me. I was exhausted after a long flight and really didn’t like it. I took a taxi to the hotel , got there asked for early check in if possible, they wanted me to pay €35 and it didn’t say anywhere in their policy about this fee! I told them I could wait till 12pm if they could not charge me that fee cause it wasn’t mentioned anywhere about it. So, the whole experience of checking in to the hotel was not pleasant.

We had a truly wonderful stay here. The hotel’s location made everything so easy, with a mini supermarket and both bus and tram stations just a short walk away. Every member of staff treated us with genuine kindness and respect, which made us feel really cared for throughout our stay.
What touched us most was seeing Lyvie, the front office manager, step in so gracefully whenever her team were busy helping other guests. The way she supported both her staff and the guests showed real dedication, and it left a lasting impression on us.
The name “studio” can be a bit misleading, as the room size isn’t much different from the standard rooms. You do get a few utensils and a gas hob, but the overall space doesn’t really feel like a true studio.

The air conditioner did not work and the window in the room was cracked.
