Appartement très bien situé, face à Victoria Park !
Quartier très agréable, beaucoup de charme. Tous les commerces se trouvent à proximité, métro à environ 15 min à pieds.
Très bonne communication avec Natalia.
Bon rapport qualité / prix.
Nous avons eu pas mal de bruit venant de l’appartement du dessus, mais Natalia n’y peut rien !

L'appartement est agréable et très fonctionnel, le quartier est très agréable lui aussi, et assez proche du centre-ville. C'était très appréciable de pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner dehors!

The utilities... from iron to nutribullet we'll stocked.
They NEED to fix the bottom lock... it does not lock as it is faulty. I couldn't understand why the door opened so easily but realised it was due to the bottom lock not locking hence, why it wasn't secured.
