The room was lovely. Well appointed. Staff very friendly.
The shower didn't drain away properly so the whole bathroom was flooded. The breakfast was quite cold.

A beautiful hotel with fantastic rooms and in a nicely quiet area that was just out of the centre, making for a great stay - one of the best of our whole trip to Vietnam.
The staff were great and the location was perfect for us.
We were able to check-in early and enjoyed a good breakfast after getting off the sleeper bus to DaLat - we really appreciated this opportunity.

Location was great. Comfy bed and gear sheets and pillows. Shower was hot and powerful
Staff don’t smile and we’re quite unfriendly. Style over substance. Breakfast was a letdown with the weakest coffee in Vietnam. The juice was terrible.
The place acts opulent but doesn’t deliver.
