Location, and the way it was furnished.
The front door felt insecure: there was no additional lock from inside (existing one was broken); and the door was sticky, while pulling it to open with force, the door handle seemed loose (fortunately it didn’t come broken off). Not sure if it was properly locked from outside.
The wifi connection and the TV connection (on both floors) were both absolutely unreliable, they took ages to connect and stopped suddenly.
The stairs are so steep and narrow, both entrying the apartment, and inside between the two floors. It is not suitable for people with physical weakness to climb, or with big and heavy suitcases.

Die zentrale Lage, die Suite hat einen tollen Charme und ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr positiv.
Die Suite ist nicht barrierefrei.

"It was conveniently located for exploring the city center. We enjoyed having the two floors giving separate spaces and the apartment was very clean. Easy checkin and checkout process."
