Great hotel in a convenient location, with restaurants, cafés, and a gym just a minute away. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the views were lovely.

Giá tạm tốt, nhân viên tào lao
Phòng RẤT nhỏ, khá chật chội. Rèm cửa sổ ko đủ để cản sáng.
Thái độ nhân viên CỰC KỲ TỆ. Booking đầu tiên của mình, mô tả là phòng có 2 giường, nhưng đến nới thì giao cho mình phòng 1 giường.
Lỗi sai là vì bên ks đưa mô tả bị sai trên booking. Lễ tân bắt mình huỷ booking đầu và đặt lại phòng khác (với phí cao hơn) thì mới có phòng 2 giường. Nhưng quan trọng là nhân viên KHÔNG HỀ XIN LỖI và thái độ rất tệ, trong khi lỗi ko phải từ mình mà từ ks. Chỉ là vì lúc đó mình quá mệt nên ko muốn cãi nhau
