I agree with the positive reviews of this apartment. It is clean, comfortable, and well equipped: there is a dishwasher with two detergent capsules, a small fridge, an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine (with two detergent capsules) built into the terrace area, a coffee machine with two Delonghi capsules, a kettle, a water descaler, spices, and even small bottles of olive oil. The bed is quite comfortable and medium-soft. The hot water was properly hot, and the air conditioning worked well.
I also appreciated that there were several bins for sorting waste.
In general, the apartment is beautiful, with a great view and no neighbours directly opposite, overlooking a branching section of railway tracks. The sound of the trains did not bother me at all; in fact, I found it rather soothing. In any case, I prefer the sound of trains to the noise and exhaust fumes of cars.
I did not hear any noise from the neighbours through the walls.
I was a little worried about having to climb the stairs to the fourth floor every day, but it was not too difficult for me and actually turned out to be good exercise.
It was really convenient to have a code instead of physical keys. The code stays the same throughout your stay, so you can write it down on paper if you do not want to carry your phone with you. On the day of your arrival, or the day before, you receive a video showing how to enter the building and the apartment. Within five minutes or less, you can reach the stop for bus 87 or 43; the 43 initially goes in the opposite direction from the city centre, but then turns back. If you want to take the metro directly (M1), you need to allow about 10 min. to reach Rovereto station, or about 15 minutes to reach Turro. I recommend the more distant Turro station, as you can walk there a there along a beautiful canal away from cars (see photo). To get to Rovereto, you have to go through a a noisy tunnel full of exhaust fumes.
During my stay, the host was very warm, kind, and helpful.
This is a minor point, but it would be good to invest in a roof or a parasol for the terrace. It would also be useful to provide flatter pillows for people who do not like high ones. The fridge is quite small, although sufficient for one or two people who prefer or need to eat at home. Apart from that, I do not see anything else that needs improvement.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is a little out of the main centre, but an easy bus ride away. But if you love trains this place is especially fun and romantic, with fantastic views over the entrance to Milan Central station.
The flat is very practical, has all the facilities we wished for, which included a basic kitchen for preparing simple pasta and salad meals. The washing machine is located on the balcony. A lot of care has gone into the subtle lighting.
The apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean.
When we happened to be there in the evening, we had some smoke from a chain smoking resident below seep up somehow. It really is not a lot, but If you are very sensitive to smoke this will be an issue.
There were no bedside tables, we used chairs from the kitchen.
