Super propere plek! Enorm vriendelijk ontvangst en maar een wandelingetje tot het strand. Zelfs met een keukentje voor moest je iets willen koken. Geen enkele klacht! Prijs kwaliteit: unmatched

After checking in and going out, when we came back in the evening we had a cockroach in the room. When you see a cockroach, there are usually way more hidden about...
After informing the host, he came to chase it out of the room. But when asked about anything he can do, he was very defensive about it. Stating that we cannot change rooms due to all rooms being fully booked. And stating that he already gave us multiple perks.
What he meant was, that we checked in 30 minutes earlier, after asking if it's possible. No demand, just an inquiry.
And he specifically mentioned he carried our luggage in. To be clear, I carried the luggage by myself to the third floor and in front of the room. He did "carry" one of the luggages from the door into the room.
This does not warrant taking no action against cockroaches.
The shocking moment was, when he offered us a full refund and we are free to find another location. In the middle of the night. That felt very unprofessional and unpleasant.
Another very annoying thing is that the AC unit turns off after about 4 hours. So during a hot and humid night, don't be surprised if you have to turn on the AC again in the middle of the night because you can't sleep.
