There are drinks and snacks available at reasonable prices. Sometimes they offer dinner. Laundry is available too. They don't hassle you. Very relaxing and comfortable. Bus is available 1 minute walk which will take you to Metro and then to Porto. We walked to the beach or you may use the bus. Hot water and AC are very nice.
No issues. Pictures don't really show the place well, so we were skeptical. In person, it is very nice.

El dueño muy atento, nos dejó café y agua de cortesía, estaba todo super limpio y había prácticamente de todo,muchos puntos de luz y enchufes, incluso una tiendita pequeña a 2 minutos andando.
Creo necesaria una cortina en la cocina, ya que no tiene persiana ni nada y entra bastante luz por ahi, y el colchón era bastante duro. Adicionalmente hay que tener en cuenta que se escuchan pasar los aviones ya que te encuentras a 15km de un aeropuerto. Está bastante bien aislada la habitación, pero aún así se escucha algo.
También hay que buscar la ubicación del sitio directamente desde Maps, porque el enlace que te lleva desde Booking no está bien hecho, y te indica una finca vacía.

Quarto simples mas limpo e vem decorado.
A luz solar a entrar pela janela. Precisava de dormir até ao meio-dia, porque tinha vindo de uma festa tarde.
