We got a little lost because there are two restaurants with the same name and our google map took us to the other oner, they directed us back to the one under tenessee penthouse. I think it would be helpful to tell people this because we were new to the city and our cab driver dropped us a little way for the pedestrian area.
We couldn't get the airconditioning to work at first and it was very hot when we arrived however when we contacted the host they responded immediately and explained we just needed to leave it for a while for the cool air to kick in. We went out and when we came back it was very cool and was then comfortable fro the whole stay

Fantastic location The property was spacious and very clean. Our towels and sheets were changed mid week. The staff were very accommodating and assisted us greatly.
Perhaps the kitchen could have more updated equipment and more than one plug. We had to use an extension for coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The toaster could only accommodate one slice of bread..

The location was great! There were lots of restaurants and we could walk to the Picasso Museum. The apartment was very clean and the beds very comfortable.
In spite of being told that the apartment was easy to find, it was not! Even the restaurant where I picked up the keys was hard to find as the sign was small and in on a round plaque above the awning. A picture of the restaurant would have helped. The air conditioning in the apartment could not keep up with the heat, but customer service sent over a person to check on it very quickly. Luckily there was one floor fan in a closet. The water in the second bath room was only warm, not hot. In two of the bedrooms the bedside lamps were small battery operated and not suitable for reading. When I asked a question about where to buy more coffee pods, the managements answer seemed to be from a Bot. I was told that there was a store "only a four minute walk" from the apartment. No name or street.

Perfect location, smart tv really helpful. Plenty of room, we enjoyed the outside area. Beds were comfortable.
We had a problem with hot water but this was promptly solved. Not enough sockets in kitchen and multi socket connection was broken, but was again quickly put right. Problem with Aircon, don’t believe it was working correctly, but we got by although it was hot weather..
