El apartamento era un sexto sin ascensor, para mi no fue ningún inconveniente pero para una persona mayor si puede ser un inconveniente

The apartment is located near the tram stop, so the city centre can be reached easily. The keys were easy to find using the owner's instructions, although their hiding place was not secured in any way. The place was provided with a functional Wi-Fi connection.
The entrance and staircase of the block of flats looks like it hasn't changed since the 70's with old patterned paint roller walls. It remains bad maintained as well, rather resembling some sort of social housing. The interior of the flat is partially reconstructed, however in a significantly unprofessional way. The cleanliness was also not very outstanding. Altogether it served the purpose of a place to stay, I wouldn't recommend it to my friends though.
