This was a nice and clean apartment. The location was accessible to marina and beach on foot and very easy to get to main highways again. We were walking distance from an incredible restaurant where we ate, drank, and connected with locals.
We didn't realize there was no elevator. We had many suitcases and had to walk them up 4 flights of stairs. Some people own units in the building and we could sense there lack of appreciation of having tourists come and go.
In terms of amenities, Only bare minimum. A little dish soap, and a few rolls of toilet paper. Air conditioners are only in the bedrooms, so when you cook in the kitchen, it becomes very hot. No fan in the bathroom, adding more steam and heat to the connecting kitchen area. No free parking. We went back and forth with the property manager and could not find where he was telling us to park. Luckily there is a parking garage a few blocks away at $20 euro/night. We had a washing machine, but not enough detergent. Had to go out and purchase some.

Os quartos eram espaçosos, muitos arrumos, a decoração era boa, estava tudo limpo e bem monilado. Tínhamos a lavandaria que foi muito útil.
A decoração era boa.
Os pratos e copos serem de plástico. Poderiam ter melhor qualidade.
