Slow, neglectful, chaos with online dysfunction - I didn't get to stay to receive what I paid for.

Nothing

I could not find the entrance to the building. A couple staying there said there was no room #42. All the rooms on the first floor had 3-digit numbers in the 600's. I called their telepphone # and got a glitch sound - no answers. I left very disappointed and did not stay there at all. I'm never using Bookings.com again nor Tides of Seasmoke.

i didn't - cancelled last minute.

Never received code to let me access thé room as i refused to send digital photograph of my credit card (having already sent a of photo of my id, damage deposit, selfie and they had rec'd payment in full). Was never able to contact host in person - phone number was someone unrelated in AZ (not WA) - communication was automated emails - their policy is no refund .

Location and communication was great

It was not clear from the description that this would be a bedroom in a shared building with one kitchen area on the ground floor. Beds were a bit uncomfortable and the water pressure was not good

We stayed for 4 days and the cleaners came but did not clean the garbage bags in the common kitchen, of which there were a lot, the walls in the corridors were scratched and splashed with dirt.
