I reserved the studio apt through Booking.com. In making the reservation, it said "Book now and waive the $75 cleaning fee." That offer wasn't honored. The $75 fee was on my invoice and I couldn't get it removed. I really liked my apt and enjoyed my stay there, but did not like working through Booking.com. Luckily, I was connected to the actual owner of the studio, who was very helpful. He guided me though gaining entrance instructions, securing locks, etc. Very accommodating. Beech MT is a mountain wonderland, where I spent many summers before moving south in 2019.

Very clean and well equipped. Very quiet, we really enjoyed the afternoons sitting in the rocking chairs on the deck.

Cozy and comfortable. Loved taking a dip in the indoor heated pool and hot tub on a cold day. Communication was above and beyond expectations
Everything was clean except the toilet seat.
