Urgent Concerns Regarding Privacy, Hygiene, and Maintenance
Room Size
Pet Friendly
1. Unauthorized Entry into the Room: After check-in, we went out to the market, and during our absence, hotel staff entered our room without our permission or prior intimation. This is a serious concern regarding guest privacy and security.
2. Poor Breakfast Hygiene: The breakfast area was in a very poor and unhygienic condition. Flies were flying around and sitting near/on the food. Due to these hygiene concerns, we did not have breakfast.
3. Bathroom Flush Issue: The bathroom flush was not functioning properly, which caused considerable inconvenience during our stay.
4. No Proper Drinking Glasses: There were no drinking glasses provided in the room. When we requested a glass, the hotel staff initially brought a broken glass. Only after we pointed it out did he replace it with another glass. This reflects poor attention to basic guest requirements and safety.
5. Room Not as Shown in the Pictures: The room provided to us was not the same as what was shown in the photographs while making the booking. There was a noticeable difference between the advertised room and the actual room provided.
Overall, the experience was very disappointing. The concerns regarding unauthorized room entry, poor hygiene, inadequate basic facilities, maintenance issues, and mismatch between the advertised and actual room are serious. The hotel management should take these issues seriously and improve its standards for guest privacy, cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
