To što je čisto, prijatno, na dobroj lokaciji. Doručak je odličan. Sve pohvale za osoblje.

The hotel was decent overall. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. It wasn’t anything exceptional, but it met our basic needs.
We didn’t like the extra bed and the awkward setup in our room. The layout felt cramped and inconvenient, which made the stay less comfortable.

The room was comfortable, quite spacious
This place made me google how hotels get their stars, that's how baffled I was. It's just next to the road with an angry dog nearby, there is nothing else. I'd expect a 4-star hotel to have a pool or spa, but it's just a hotel. There are rooms with a hot tub, but mine was a simple room with a bed and a desk, and that all.
There was no bottled water even, and when I asked for it, the hostess told me to drink tap water and after she saw my expression, she brought me a bottle, "For free", she said. Well, obviously, you're a 4-star hotel with no fridge in the room...
The hotel has a restaurant targeted at families, which looks nice, but I had to wait for a chicken wrap for over 30 minutes, and it was sad and already kinda cold.
All of this, and my room wasn't even that clean, there were marks on the wall. Oh, and they provided no shampoo, conditioner, or toothbrushes, only a soapy substance on the shower wall and a shower cap. Serbia's and Bosnia's hotels don't know what good service is in general, but that was just tragic.
As usual, you can only dream of soundproofing, but that's nothing new for any hotels.
Overall, I don't understand where the 4 stars come from. Absolutely not worth the money, even for a simple room.
