We had really great stay, the owner always answered fast to our questions, we had very good instructions for the place and how to operate with everything inside. The place is perfect for two people, there’s enough space. The apartment was equipped with everything you might need - hairdryer, iron, refrigerator, even toothpicks :D it was clean. The neighbourhood is amazing, we felt safe all the time and actually we felt safe in Paris generally. Bear that in mind, it’s not exactly close to the landmarks but there’s convenient transportation to all the places. We were there in the heatwave and the temperature inside was alright even though there’s no AC like the rest of Paris. :D The terrace was just the cherry on top. Make sure to buy the right tickets for your age in the bus, train, etc. cause you might get fined easily even if the cashier at the desk sells you the ticket, that’s not in connection to the place, just a traveler advice. :)

Le nécessaire était sur place , le lit était confortable .
Les installations bain sont vétustes et en mauvais état . La cuisine occupée par les affaires de la loueuse , idem pour le frigo et les tiroirs ! Le lavabo du bain brisé en morceaux les joints silicones noirs de moisissures, Le jacuzzi, bain remous inexistant ! … j’ai des images à l’appuis
