-Nice spacious clean room in a very peaceful area of the city.
-Very friendly staff who took me to the bus station early in the morning since no Grab Bike responded.
-Free coffee and local sweets for breakfast.
-Somewhat far from the historical centre of the town (20-40 minutes walk). If you like walking, this won't only be a minor issue.
-The hot water from the shower was somewhat unstable.
-Nan, being a smaller town targeting domestic tourists mostly traveling by car, does not have lots of Grab Bikes for those without private transport.

Khaluang Place Hotel is a decent albeit simple accommodation.
This family run hotel has rooms that are rather spacious and clean with comfortable beds.
Good working airconditioning and there is also a fan hanging on the wall. The fridge is handy.
The bathroom is very simple, just what you need. Wifi is working good.
No breakfast provided, but there is hot water and coffee all day long.
The owner Mr Chok speaks some English and is very helpful, he even brought me to the bus station in his very old Nissan diesel pickup truck.
It is a fair walk into town
