Budynek w bliskiej odległości od wejścia na dolinę Olczyską więc dobra baza wypadowa w góry. W pobliżu sklep, piekarnia oraz przystanek. W apartamencie dodatkowe wyposażenie z myślą o małych dzieciach - krzesełko do karmienia, podstawka w łazience, gry planszówki oraz PS4, nawet sanki czy plecak nosidełko dla malucha do wykorzystania na szlakach. Spokojna, cicha okolica. Możliwość skorzystania z jackuzi oraz sauny.

Nie jest to apartament widokowy, ale z tym się liczyliśmy.

Wnętrze bardzo zadbane i świetnie wyposażone. Jakim zaskoczeniem dla czwórki grotołazów był fakt iż pod telewizorem znaleźliśmy konsole z fifą :D Spanie dla czwórki znajomych lub dwóch par jak najbardziej spoko. Duży balkon na wyposażeniu znalazło się nawet nosidełko turystyczne dla dziecka! Sauna ogólnie dostępna, nie było kłopotu z dostępnością mimo sezonu jedynie jacuzzi trzeba było rezerwować wcześniej ale to nie problem
