Lovely peaceful location, with a private garden. Ann was a very helpful but unobtrusive host. The sofa bed was amazingly comfy! Living room has plenty of power points and a small mirror, and a small and large mirror in the bathroom.
Lovely touches like tea bags, coffee, sugar, oats for breakfast and milk provided, as well as Welsh cakes and some fresh flowers! Plates and cutlery provided, as well as washing up cloths and a dish drainer, and a good size fridge and small freezer box. Plenty of room on the shelves to put a few things and some space between living area and bathroom. Lovely place to stay for a few days.
Very little! It is up a steep hill, and there's a bit of a narrow turn into the lane, but take your time and it's fine. You can park down in the village if you want to go to the shop or pub and don't want to walk up the hill. There are also shortcut pathways down which cut out a lot of the hill and pass through lovely gardens . Only thing you may want to bring is a small washing up bowl, but otherwise you could manage washing dishes in the wash hand basin, which is a good size. May also be worth bringing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, only because the fridge is just behind the wall where the bed is, and you may hear it during the night...it didn't disturb me much, but some people might notice it.

Well equipped and would be good for a short break.
The bed area was quite compact, e.g. only one side was easily accessible. There was noise from the floor above which didn't affect us but would do if one was a light sleeper. An extra pillow would be more comfortable.
