The owner, Mr. Asraf saved our day several times by helping us to enter the Giza plateau (by pulling us out from an embarrassing situation we caused to ourselves at the entry (confiscation of a gadget, khm…)), by giving us sandwiches, water and scarfs, by organizing a whole day custom program etc. Exceptional service indeed!
The neighborhood is “as usual” in Egypt, not a western cultural island, but it is a given, it’s the same everywhere.

It located within the native district, for me it was rather positive experience. These are some rooms in a private house and the host family was very helpful and provided me all the necessary service.
All the services are basic. I wouldn't recommend it for a family
$$$$
