Es un auténtico palomar y un nido de moscones.

Lo único bueno la ubicación.

Nuestra estancia en Las Lanchas ha sido una experiencia nefasta. Lo que iban a ser unos días en familia se convirtieron en una pesadilla. El techo es de madera y encima del techo anidan palomas que campan a sus anchas sin dejarte descansar. El techo de madera ya está agujereado y por él caían larvas de moscones que plagaron nuestro apartamento de muchísimos de ellos. Cuando llegábamos al apartamento había que abrir todas las ventanas para que se fueran y otros muchos estaban por todos lados y teniamos que echar insecticida para acabar con ellos. Ahí están las fotos que hicimos. Encima los dueños en ningún momento dan la cara. La insonorización del apartamento es nula, entra todo el ruido por el techo. No recomiendo este apartamento a nadie.

Decepcionante

Estaba limpio y tenía 3 baños. Por suerte no nos bloquearon el acceso a ninguno.

El apartamento pone que consta de 4 habitaciones, 3 dobles y una cuarta con 2 literas y en todo momento se indica que se alquila completo. Cual fue nuestra (desagradable) sorpresa cuando llegamos y nos encontramos con que una de las habitaciones dobles estaba cerrada. Llámanos a la propiedad para aclararlo y nos informaron que puesto que habíamos hecho una reserva para 8 personas nos habían habilitado 8 camas. Es decir, que sin avisarnos en ningún momento, nos vimos dos parejas escalando literas como si tuviéramos 10 años y aguantando todo los inconvenientes de compartir habitación 4 adultos (ruidos, falta de intimidad, etc) habiendo una habitación libre. Para colmo el en tejado de la habitación de las literas anidan palomas y desde que amanece parece que las tienes contigo dentro. Está situado en la segunda de un edificio sin ascensor. A tenerlo en cuenta si viajas con personas mayores porque no se indica en el anuncio Casa no apta para personas de más de 1,80. Hay varias vigas que cruzan la casa de lado a lado y algunos ocupantes se han pasado el fin de semana esquivándolas. Por último, la terraza es imposible usarla. No solo por el tamaño, no caben más de 4 personas, sino porque pega el sol desde primero hora (no tiene toldo) y está llena de excrementos de paloma. Resumiendo: si no viajas 10 personas asegúrate de que habitaciones van a estar disponibles para evitar sorpresas desagradables No apta para gente alta ni para personas mayores

Céntrico amplio , cada habitación con su aire acondicionado, todo al detalle y muy cómodo para dos familias con niños , tres baños con tanta gente son ideales .

Que la casa tenia 3 cuartos de baño

La casa es un palomar y por las noches con el ruido de las palomas no se puede dormir. El mantenimiento de la casa es malo. Tuvimos goteras y se fue la luz y los picaportes de las puertas se descolgaban por estar sin tornillos. Todas las puertas sonaban mucho. Hay que subir 2 plantas sin ascensor hasta la casa. La limpieza muy regular porque los suelos tenian cagadas de palomas.
