A very clean spacious apartment. Close to the railway station and other public transport. Effective bedroom fan, despite no air conditioning. Very well-equipped although lacking a couple of things for cooking that I will tell Bertrand about personally. Comfortable bed and furniture. Supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby. We would happily stay here again.
Just a couple of kitchen items (see positive statement) and we couldn't find a welcome pack with instructions for electrical items, although most were fairly obvious.

The apartment itself is lovely. And well set up. Quiet, pleasant view, Everything you need. Including fans, shutters etc
The location is quite suburban, but has everything nearby.
The host was pleasant on the phone, when he got back to us after we spent 20 mins trying to open the key box to get the keys because he had not changed the code (to the last 4 digits of our phone number).
That yes, there was parking in the building but it was not made clear upfront that it would be an extra charge of 20 euros cash to be left in a box inside the apartment. Having the words - ‘parking option’ in the title does NOT cover this.
It should be stated clearly in the listing that the parking is extra, what that charge is, and that the garage is very small. ONLY for` small cars.

It was okay but basic.
It was extremely hot and there wasn’t even a fan. It didn’t feel very clean. No iron board. No tea bags.
