Stimmte alles.

Die Lage ist außerordentlich gut. Innenstadt, Caffees, Geschäfte, Kneipe, Restaurant - alles um die Ecke. Zur anderen Seite Parkplatz, Wasser, Park um die Ecke. Ein erhabenen Gefühl in so einem liebevoll restaurierten geschichtsträchtigen Haus zu verweilen und vor dem Einschlafen den Geschichten der alten Holzbalken zuzuhören. Werde unbedingt wiederkommen.

Die Wände sind hellhörig. Dazu gibt es ehrliche Hinweise vom Vermieter. Doch die Bauweise und die Zentrale Lage lassen es nicht vermeiden. Ich kann mich darauf einstellen.
