Quiet, very clean and comfortable. Good facilities ...smart TV, fan/ heater, washing machine/ dryer if required. Good shower. Plenty of tea, coffee sugar. and condiments. Also included were other kitchen essentials and an array of cleaning products, which saves buying/ bringing for short stays. We were visiting family, so this was an ideal base. We have stayed before would definitely stay again.

Exceptional stay – highly recommended!
I had a wonderful experience staying at this 1-bedroom self-contained annex in Sittingbourne. The place was absolutely spotless, incredibly tidy, and generously provided with everything you could possibly need, including a washing machine and dryer, which was a massive bonus. The bedroom is lovely, and the bed is so comfortable that I had a perfectly sound and restful sleep with a peaceful neighbourhood. On top of the fantastic facilities and convenient parking, the owners were incredibly respectful, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. A true hidden gem!

Conveniently placed for us; we were attending a wedding. Clean bathroom and bedroom.
There was a lot of clutter in the space; we couldn’t hang anything in the wardrobe as there were duvets and towels stacked there. There were objects placed on every available shelf space, so we had to move those to create space for ourselves. There was a children’s small table and chairs and toys in the drawers. There was a glass cabinet behind the door that guests could not access as it had locks on. The whole space felt like a dumping ground for stuff that couldn’t be stored in the main house.
