Extremely minor points the first being just to advise of details of the company taking the holding deposit
We had travelled internationally & just wanted reassurance the debit was not a scam!
Tv remote in main bedroom had gone astray b4 we arrived

We loved how modern and well-equipped the home was, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were super comfy, and the location was perfect, close to shops and attractions.
It seemed the property hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The dining chairs had visible crumbs and dirt, and the floors didn’t appear to have been vacuumed or washed. We also noticed popcorn on the floor near the sofa.

The apartment has everything you need and is so spacious and comfortable. We felt at home straight away. Dromana is the best place to stay as it is so central to all the points of interest. I definitely want to come back and thoroughly recommend Tranquil Escape.
The one complaint (from my daughter's not from me) the WiFi isn't very good. They were unable to access the streaming services on the smart TV which meant they had to talk to one another instead (first world problems I know, right)
