Der Blick in beide Richtungen, die Geräumigkeit der Wohnung, Bequemlichkeit der Betten, moderne Bäder, großer Herd, entspannte Parkplatzlösung, Verdunklung in den Räumen. Insgesamt wertige Ausstattung.
Duschablauf im großen Bad war nicht gut und es gab außerdem kein richtiges Gefrierfach im sonst riesigen Kühlschrank. Bei -1 Grad bleiben die Fischstächen eben weich. Keine guten Töpfe und Pfannen und Deckel teilweise fehlend. Kissen waren leider katastrophal. Insgesamt ist die Druckautomatik an den Küchenfronten suboptimal und nicht intuitiv, was man an der halb abgerissenen Scheinschublade direkt unterm Herd sieht. Wenn man zB an der Arbeitsplatte vorm Geschirrspüler steht und leicht dagegen kommt beim Schnippeln, geht dieser direkt auf aufgrund der Öffnung per Druck. Am Schlüssel und der Schlüsselbox steht Karwendelliebe, aber an der Wohnung selber steht dann ein anderer Name. Das ist nicht rein logisch.

Lage ausgezeichnet. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Super Blick von beiden Balkonen.
Bei viel Sonne wird es schnell warm in den Zimmern. Im Sommer vielleicht zu warm.

We loved this apartment instantly at the first sight when we entered in. The beautiful, cozy, warm interior with modern amenities. We were further wooed by the beautiful mountain views from both the living room and the bedrooms. This is a perfect place to call home for our short stay at Mittenwald. It was so comfortable that we just want to laze around at home instead of going out. The location is perfect, within short walking distance to the train station, grocery stores, old town, restaurants, and yet at the quiet location. We have been staying at Garmisch-Partenkirchen area for our past visits and it’s our first time staying in Mittenwald and definitely with no regrets. Thank you for hosting us in this beautiful apartment. It is clean and spotless and smells new. We will definitely choose this apartment when we next visit Mittenwald. Thank you for making our stay at Mittenwald a memorable one !!!
