Stay was calm and pleasant, a little far from Pondicherry bus stop but nearby to Auroville beach. It’s kind of a guesthouse for groups. They provided the complimentary breakfast.

Support staff was good when available. Respectful and kind. Toilets was clean.
No Receptionist available the entire day, No drinking hot water available, breakfast served has no time each day it differs and too late, everyday breakfast available only after 9.30am morning, which is not fair enough. Room cleaning and bedspread changes are done only when informed. Better if they can hire a full time receptionist available. Parking slot limited. Rooms are small and comfortable for a single stay not for family. Drinking water to check on a daily basis in each room is available. Wifi connection was not available for a complete one day. But they fixed it another day. Connectivity is too slow. Can be much better, because it's a high priority requirement for everyone.
