Breakfast, cleanliness, size and condition of the room. Very new bathroom as well. Superfriendly and very responsive hosts!
For me was not clear that the bathroom is shared. It needs a bit co-ordination and adaptation if the other room is rented. The rooms are not so well isolated from the noise: we could ear the 3 other guests in the other room talking till late in the evening and the washing machine of the neighboured apartment running at 10pm. at 11pm everything went quiet and we could fell asleep.
