Location didn’t make up for the need of renovation and a lot of love

Location is within walking distance of Grasmere

While the kitchen and bathrooms have been renovated the rest of the property is in a state of gloomy disrepair. Very old fashioned with no comfortable seating options in the lounge area to enjoy the view or the wood burning fireplace. Stained carpets throughout. Whole building in desperate need of some TLC. Property photos slightly disingenuous as there is no access to the lake, photos shown are of private jetties that belong to a cafe. Very limited use of the garden area.

Location is within walking distance of Grasmere
