We had apartment #302 and we loved it! The apartment was decorated well and can accommodate up to 8 people which was very comfortable for our family. There was plenty of room for all of us and having 2.5 bathrooms was a huge plus. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, cutting boards, a tea kettle and Keurig. There were some coffee pods, however, I'm unsure if these were left from previous clients or from the establishment. Either way, it was a nice touch! We were happy to be staying close enough to walk to Broadway (about an 18 minute walk). We were also within a 5 minute walking distance to several restaurants just north of the apartment. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
The apartment is right next to the train tracks however the noise from the train did not bother us. Although we felt safe walking to Broadway, we did have to walk past a half way house and there were some homeless folks that camped out under the bridge. We felt a little uneasy about that. There was a bit of a struggle using the app -- which was the main way to access the elevator, to unlock the apartment and to access the parking area. There were other clients who were also struggling with access, but it all worked out eventually. I texted with the staff a few times and appreciated their prompt answers. We were excited to hear about the free parking on site, however, our SUV (KIA EV9) with roof cargo carrier was a smidge too tall and wide to maneuver in and out of the garage. We decided to park on the street about a block away which worked out great for us. This is not a reflection on the garage but wanted to share that SUVs with roof racks may be difficult to maneuver in the covered parking garage.

What a great apartment we found and would highly recommend to families or groups of friends. Very spacious accommodation and exceptionally well equipped. The floor to ceiling windows in the lounge/dinner and master bedroom offer panoramic views of the river and help to make the whole apartment very light and airy. The balcony is a nice spot to sit in the morning sunshine with a cup of coffee and is very quiet and relaxing. Private free covered car park was very easy to access and the allocated parking spot was great. Really easy and safe to walk to all the attractions and brilliant bars and restaurants on Broadway - (15 minutes at a leisurely pace).

The unit was very nicely decorated and comfortable and had all the necessary basics(glassware, cutlery). The location was good. At first I was a bit concerned due to the empty lots and the close proximity to the train. Once we got out and walked that concern went away. The area was quiet, except for the train traffic (which was unavoidable).
This unit had 2 1/2 bathrooms rather than 3 and the one bedroom was more like a den/office, with the one wall not going the full height. I did have a few times when the garage gate did not open for us.
