Moderní vybavení, dostatečný počet lůžek (až 5 osob). Dobrá lokalita. Byt je velmi hezký, velké plus jsou klimatizace, pračka i vybavená kuchyň. Jediné mínus je pohodlnost lůžek.
Gauč i postele nebyly pohodlné. Na jednu až dvě noci se dá vydržet, ale určitě ne déle. To je však jediné minus.

appartamento ben ristrutturato, sfruttato lo spazio al massimo, carino e funzionale. per scaricare le valigie abbiamo accostato un attimo in strada poi ci sono tanti parcheggi a pagamento vicini. tutto raggiungibile comodamente a piedi: le due spiagge pubbliche plage du festival e plage du midi, la Croisette, il porto dove abbiamo preso il traghetto per l'isola Sainte-Marguerite.
abbiamo prenotato per quattro ma abbiamo trovato soltanto 3 cuscini e 3 tazze. lenzuola e asciugamani non piegati, appoggiati sulla lavatrice ancora umidi. abbiamo trovato polvere e capelli per terra, forse perché l'aspirapolvere aveva la batteria scarica.

C'était tout près de la mer, il suffisait de descendre quelques marches pour accéder à la plage, et le propriétaire a répondu très rapidement.
Le canapé était très inconfortable et l'espace était insuffisant pour quatre personnes. L'annonce précisait que ces appartements étaient prévus pour cinq personnes et qu'il aurait dû y avoir un lit supplémentaire, mais je n'avais aucune idée de l'emplacement, faute de place. De plus, il n'y avait aucun endroit où ranger ses affaires dans le salon, les placards étant fermés. On nous a demandé de nettoyer l'appartement et de vider les poubelles après notre départ, alors qu'il n'y avait qu'un seul sac-poubelle pour quatre personnes et cinq jours. Nous avons donc laissé l'appartement plus propre qu'avant. Par ailleurs, des travaux de rénovation sont en cours à l'entrée, mais heureusement que nous en avions été informés.

It was safe and comfortable bed with nice host and bottled water was really appreciated
The entry is broken down with a falling in ceiling, dirty hall and staircase. i had no idea whether what i had booked was legitmate and as a female solo traveller I was worried about security. The flat also smelt throughout my stay even though it was clearly very clean. Not sure if it was sewage or pipe issues as an old building. There also were the ants infestation that people mentioned.
