Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Coffee option from the main bar. Friendly staff.
Perfect location for exploring the nearby waterfalls and walking trails. Lovely spacious room with comfy bed, good storage and very nice modern bathroom.
Bathroom had no handsoap or soap dish on arrival so had to request this several times. It was delivered late at night.
Staff were generally overstretched so had to wait a good while for fresh coffee on arrival at the Inn and in the evening when ordering dinner - over 40 minutes..
Food was made from quality ingredients but fairly unimaginative and standard fair. Everything with chips and little in way of salad and vegetable side options.
Checkout was advertised as 11am but cleaning staff came round at 10am and tried to enter our room without checking with reception if we had checked out first! Embarrassment narrowly avoided!

I travelled here with my colleague for work but it felt like a holiday. During the heatwave it was a much needed relief to have the aircon and the big screen TV was a real treat. The owner of the place and his wife even made the effort to give us his time and tell us some hilarious stories. You get the sense it's a tight community around there and they do a great job of making you feel welcome.

The property itself was well decorated inside with facilities such as air-con/heating (there are downsides to this feature) smart looking bathroom and very nice sized tv to watch platforms such as YouTube on. The staff were very nice with recommending places to go and visit and being very cheerful all together. The place itself is very tucked away so there is not much traffic with the surrounding places being beautiful to visit.
The main downside was the bathroom. My partner and I didn't get hot showers when at this property with the most being the hottest temperature of around 25 degrees. Considering that we were very cold from outside it didn't help not being able to have a warm shower. We tried at multiple different times during the evening, night and morning we were there but still did not have any decently warm water to shower in. The heater/aircon was slightly annoying to operate with not much information provided and caused me to go to the handy YouTube to sort the situation. The bed was not in the greatest of conditions with one of the slats sounding broken. Overall was expecting to at least have warm water when using the property and to have a quiet bed to sleep considering the price of the place to stay the night.
